VisualEyes, a leading ophthalmic lens manufacturer committed to advancing optical technology and innovation, welcomed students of Optometry from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, for an insightful industrial visit to its lens manufacturing facility.
The visit was organised as part of an academic initiative to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry practices, providing students with an opportunity to understand the science, technology and precision that go into manufacturing modern ophthalmic lenses.
During the visit, students explored various stages of the lens manufacturing process, gaining valuable insights into the journey of an ophthalmic lens — from raw material processing and precision surfacing to advanced coating technologies, quality control and final inspection.
The interactive sessions with the VisualEyes team helped students understand the role of advanced machinery, technological innovation and stringent quality standards in delivering high-performance ophthalmic lenses.
